One of the most common symptoms that announce when a woman is pregnant is nausea. Caused by the levels of hormones that change and increase a lot in the first trimester, in most pregnant women it will get better or even vanish completely around 16 to 20 weeks. But until then, how to minimize these undesirable symptoms?
1 - Record daily everything you eat and how you feel after. This habit can help you discover which food makes you feel sicker.
2 - Avoid fasting for to long. Make small meals every two hours, and do not eat very large portions.
3 - Practice exercise outdoors mainly because the fresh air always helps!
4 - It is common among pregnant women morning sickness. A precious tip is to eat one or two crackers while still lying in bed and stay there for a few more minutes to let it settle in your stomach.
5 - Avoid preparing food that has strong smells, they are one of the biggest causes of nausea.
6 - Add to your daily menu foods like spinach, arugula, broccoli, endive, watercress, citrus fruits, whole grains, fish, chicken, soy, banana, pineapple, orange and yogurt, which are rich in fiber, vitamins, minerals and essential to pregnancy and also contribute to reducing the sickness.
7 - It is very important to stay hydrated, but water itself often causes nausea. A good tip is to put a slice of lemon or a few drops in the water that you’ll drink.
8 - Avoid eating spicy or fatty foods, as they are difficult to digest.
It’s very important to notice that these are some homemade methods you can adopt to relieve nausea. If none of these work out for you, do not take any medication on your own without first talking to your doctor, he is the only one who can indicate which medication best suites your case, without harming you or the baby.
As we know pregnant lady has to go through various problems to getting rid of the problems which will help them to feel better and happy the women must be always aware which food suits her and keep her away from the problems they should follow a proper diet plan

I was one of those unfortunate women who suffered hyperemesis gravidarum for the entire pregnancy (to the point where I had to be hospitalized). I found the one thing that I could hold down was coconut water. I hope this might help a poor soul out there suffering the same condition I did!
